Home sales get complicated when life does.
Equity Path Offers began after repeated conversations with owners who needed a clearer decision—not a one-size-fits-all answer. Inherited property, deferred maintenance, relocation, debt, divorce, tenants, and title questions can each change what a workable sale looks like.
Our role is to evaluate whether we may participate as a prospective purchaser and to document any proposal in plain language. We do not represent the owner or decide which route is best. Owners should obtain independent legal, tax, financial, and brokerage guidance when appropriate.
